Shipping Policy

Indian Tiger offers reliable shipping across India. We aim to dispatch most orders within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation, Monday through Saturday.

Standard delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days depending on your location. Express delivery options are available for select pin codes and usually arrive within 2 to 3 business days.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999. Orders below this amount incur a flat shipping fee of ₹99. Express delivery is charged at ₹149 per order.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with tracking details. You can also track your order through your account dashboard or our Track Order page.

We ship to most serviceable pin codes across India. If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you and process a full refund.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, logistics delays, or public holidays. We appreciate your patience during such events.

If your package arrives damaged or you receive incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
