All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or courier issues. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping & Returns page for detailed information.

7. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items. Returns must meet the conditions outlined in our Shipping & Returns policy. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.

Certain items (innerwear, sale items marked "Final Sale") are non-returnable.
