Pan-India Coverage
We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Enter your pin code at checkout to check availability.
Important Notes:
- • Orders are processed Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays)
- • Orders placed after 2 PM IST will be processed the next business day
- • Tracking information is sent via email and SMS once your order ships
- • For remote locations, delivery may take 1-2 additional days
Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Easy Returns
Not satisfied? Return any unworn, unwashed item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to Return
- 1.Log in to your account and go to Orders section
- 2.Select the item you want to return and click "Request Return"
- 3.Choose your reason and provide any additional details
- 4.Schedule a free pickup at your convenience (available in select cities)
- 5.Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
Return Conditions
Items must be:
- • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- • With all original tags and packaging intact
- • Free from any stains, odors, or damage
- • Returned within 30 days of delivery
Note: Innerwear, socks, and sale items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? We offer free exchanges!
Option 1: Request an exchange through your account, and we'll ship the new item once we receive the return.
Option 2: Request a return for refund and place a new order for the desired item (faster processing).
Order Tracking & Support
Track Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order by:
- • Logging into your account and visiting the Orders section
- • Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation
- • Contacting our support team with your order number
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately at no cost to you.
